Return and Exchange Policy
At MayukhiCollection, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process as seamless as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns for products that are defective. To qualify for a return, please provide clear video evidence of the defect.
Products must be in their original, new condition and returned within 4 days of the delivery date.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product, we are happy to accommodate exchanges for items of equal value within the same price band.
As with returns, the product must be in its original, new condition, and the exchange request must be made within the 4-day return window.
Return Process
All returns must be sent back to us by mail or any courier service preferably DTDC/Delhivery. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of the return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items, making the process hassle-free for our valued customers.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 working days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation once the transaction has been completed.
